I am a documentary filmmaker born and raised in rural southwest Colorado. I now call Vancouver, BC home but I am available for work worldwide. Besides filmmaking, my biggest passion is cycling. Bikes changed my life when I was 9 years old. I had Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and I had to undergo chemotherapy for three and a half years. After the first year of intense treatment, I was almost ready to get back into being active. Unfortunately, I was then diagnosed with osteonecrosis and couldn't run or jump for 3 years. But one thing my doctor said I could do was ride bikes. I quickly fell in love with cycling, and shortly after I started experimenting with my dad’s old camcorder. I made short videos with my friends biking and developed a passion for filmmaking.

I now have over ten years of filmmaking experience and I have received three Vimeo Staff Picks, three film festival audience choice awards, and I have been a finalist at Mountainfilm, Banff and 5Point Fim Festival. As a freelancer, I have worked with brands such as Specialized Bikes, The North Face, Coachella, Pinkbike, Trek Bikes Wahoo Fitness, Stio, Salsa Cycles, and Osprey Packs. I have worked with industry-leading production companies such as Anthill Films, Stept Studios, and Teton Gravity Research where I worked on projects with Oakley, Shimano, and Outside.

I am passionate about telling stories and riding bikes and I feel lucky to have combined the two into my career. I am an avid bikepacker and I have ridden from Canada to Mexico, Norway to Spain and I have achieved 2 never before done bikepacking with packrafting routes in British Columbia. All while making films along the way self-supported.  In 2018 I was named “Ambassador of the Year” by bikepacking.com for making a film with Ben Weaver a musician who does all his concerts self-supported by bikes. I rode self-supported and filmed with him 4345 km from Banff, Canada to the US/Mexico border while he played 13 concerts along the way.
